Books you read when you were younger you would have like to see a movie made

The Throne of Bones by Brian McNaughton :  )  Not exactly a kid's book, but it's the only book I'd like to see made into a movie hehe. Brian McNaughton is a sick, sick man hehehe. It needs George Romero to direct it to do it justice.

Also anything by Donaldson.  Either the Thomas Covenant books, the Gap sci-fi books.  Or the two Mirror books

Oh! I must agree with you on Farmer Guiles!!! Have you by any chance read one called "Roverdom"? also by Tolkien - more of a childrens story but facinating, none the less
