Best blog site for hosting horror reviews?

I've wanted for ages to start a horror movie review site/blog, but don't know which site I should go with.  I want one where I can customize a front page and have a list of reviews.  Anyone know of a good one?

I used wordpress.com for free blog hosting and was satisfied. I am not sure about a customized front page, though. It's possible to do in some wordpress themes, but for free hosting they give you a limited choice of themes. You'd have to look around and see if they had one that met your needs.

I've never used Blogger but it's a more popular choice for free hosting. Maybe a Blogger user will chime in on the front page thing.
