Two Horror Movies of my Childhood...

Hi guys, i've got two films that i watched when i was really young and now i can't remember the names, or the plot, or the actors, or...
Year is 1996 or so.

The first is about a guy and his mother who were two strange hairless monsters with dog style faces, and their true nature could be revealed standing in front of a mirror. I remember that they had sex together (i clearly remember a scene where he gets wounded in the wrist and the mother takes him to the bedroom to do nasty things ) and i think the guy tries to get a girl to reproduce or something, it was very weird.

The second is about a haunted house or something like that. I only remember flashes, like a talking pizza (or could've been a toilet... i'm not joking!!) and a girl in a wheelchair. I remember this movie because i was very little and scared the crap out of me. I think that there was many sequels of this one.
