Ok here is the scenario.  ONce again i am bored and also I am about to leave town so I decided to have a little contest.  I'm asking that the members of the board (or visitors that come across this post) list your top three Hitman movies.  Meaning movies where Hitmen are main focal characters.  If you want you can also give reasons or name a particular Hitman.  When I return I'll do a quick tally and see which movie gets the most votes.  I know there is no real reason for this but it gives me something to look forward to when I come home :>

Oh and my three are
Crying Freeman
Pulp Fiction
The Big Hit

Well that was fun...in a f****in' sick, terrible, not at all fun kinda way.

Anon E. Mouse

Fallen Angels
La Femme Nikita
Panic

Dolph Lundgren

Cool topic, Perk.  Hope you have a good time out of town.  Here are mine:

1.  (The) Killer, directed by John Woo.  This is a no-brainer for me.  One of Woo's best, and that's saying something.

2.  Crying Freeman.  Good call on this one, Perk.  Dacascos is his usual badass self, the lady he's with in the movie is hot (and his wife in real life), and Gans did a great job directing as well.

3.  Boondock Saints.  I don't know if this truly qualifies, but Il Duce is a hitman, and the guys believe that they're hitmen on a mission from God.  So I guess I'll go ahead and list this as my third choice, but if there's any objection, let me know.  A tremendous movie nonetheless.

I totally agree on the John Woo vein - he does come very cool hitman movies. I recall reading somewhere that the killer set a record for the most bullets fired in a motion picture film ever..

I'd have to go with The Replacement Killers, The Professional and Assassins.

BlackAngel

Point of No Return
Pulp Fiction
Desporado/El Mariachi

Bulls**t, I still can't hear you, sound off like you got a pair.

Shecky

The Killer (Chow Yun-Fat is God!)
Pulp Fiction (of course)
The Whole Nine Yards (often overlooked)

The Sheckster!

Ellie

1) The Eiger Sanction 2) Assassins 3) Pulp Fiction

Perk

I'm back and giving totals (so far)

Crying Freeman.  2
Pulp Fiction 3
The Big Hit  1
Fallen Angels  1
La Femme Nikita  1
Panic  1
The Killer 2
Boondock Saints 1
The Replacement Killers, 1
The Professional  1
Assassins  2
Point of No Return  1
The Whole Nine Yards 1
The Eiger Sanction  1
Desperdo  1
El Mariachi  1

So far Pulp Fiction is winning with 3 votes.

Well that was fun...in a f****in' sick, terrible, not at all fun kinda way.

The only one I really liked was The Professional

Robot Roll Call: (Come on, let's go)
Cambot (Pan left)
Gypsy (Hi girl)
Tom Servo (What a cool guy)
Croooow! (You little wisecracker)

NEC

Ok I know it's a movie I've never seen, but what about Grosse Pointe Blank?

Paul Hotbranch

Pulp Fiction
Ballistic:Ecks VS sever
Assassins

Neville

"Grosse Pointe Blank" rules! My votes are for this one and "The professional".

Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

ErikJ

Crying Freeman all the way

If God is watching us, the least we can do is be
entertaining.

Eight Heads in a Duffel Bag. Joe Pesci manages to be both dangerous and likable at the same time.
