What is this film?

Hey I'm fed! Just wondering what this film is called! I'm sure it's a film! So basically I can remember a sort of underground cave or dungeon where there was a table with a lot of food on it! Masses amounts of food! At the head of the table there was someone sitting there! He was like an Alien or maybe the devil! Think he might have been bald! Also I think there was like a child at the table as well! I think I remember seeing a clip of it on film 4! Has anyone any ideas?? Thanks

Might it be the Swamp Thing? The main villain was changed into something that could look like an alien, and one of his henchmen was transformed into a child-sized creature.
