Looks like a guy in coveralls and a hood to me.

And why is Bigfoot always striding across the path, swinging his arms when people film him? Why can't somebody fake a video of him eating berries or scratching against a tree or taking a dump?

You know, when he gets running through the trees, there are moments when it looks just about as good as any "real" Bigfoot video.
