Meet The Hollowheads

Hey guys, I'm back with another random act of posting...

A couple of my roommates scooped up a copy of "Meet The Hollowheads" at a BiWay clearance sale for $1 (Canadian funds, mind you). I've never heard of it. It was was made in 1989, is unrated and stars a young Juliete Lewis. Can anyone help me out with their thoughts/comments so that I know what I'm getting myself into?

I've never seen it, but the description at imdb.com makes me wish I had. It looks like a nice little cult sub-hit, not as popular as Meet The Feebles, but more like Freaked or The Applegates.
