Searching for a Terminator inspired movie series

I remember there was this B-movie series heavily influenced by Terminator.

I saw the 2nd movie, and it was basically felt like a Die Hard rip-off. The bad guy (Cyborg) was bare-chested for a long period in this film (one scene I remember was where he, while being bare chested, guns down innocent people at some lab or somewhere). The good guy was a skateboarder, or smth. I really don't remember.

The 3rd movie was set in future (and in a spaceship). I can't really tell much about it.

I once found it on imdb long time ago (but now I have forgotten it), and there probably was a 4th movie?

Anyone knows what I am talking about?
