I rented and watched this movie last weekend, and it´s pretty good, thought"Nowhere In Africa"is better.

Adrian Lyne is very good as Wladilaugtff,oh you know,The Pianist. The movie does capture the feeling of the Holocaust, and the part when his family is sent to a Concentration Camp is very sad.

What do you think?

It was excellent if only for the performance of Adrian Brody.

He was most convincing as a man who went from having everything to absolutely nothing but his life at the end.

He literally transforms himself from healthy to gaunt and starved.

What a masterful performance!

In all honesty, I thought THE PIANIST was quite better than SCHINDLER'S LIST. I know some think that is kinda' off, but being the honest man that I am THE PIANIST was very superior.

Roman Polanski really deserved the Academy Award for the film, it's quite good.

Haven't seen THE PIANIST, but I would imagine it's better than SCHINDLER'S LIST, which I don't think is all it's cracked up to be.

I thought THE Italian film LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL was better than both SHINDLERS LIST and PIANIST.
