Troubled girls in an institution are stalked and killed by a masked killer.

Amateur no budget shot-on-video crapfest without any redeeming values, unless you share the director's passion for bondage. Apparently he loves to see girls punched and knocked out, tied up and helplessly left at the mercy of the killer.
Not even so-bad-its-good.
