80's or early 90's adult cartoon/animation

another one of those late night shouldn't have been watching memories...

I recall a few scenes, one of which had a character with multiple breasts...
another where a man gets strapped down naked to some sort of table/apparatus...

very colorful animation, tons of nudity and sex in general, almost overwhelming at the time-all I can really remember.

And if it is not "Heavy Metal," then it may be its sequel "Heavy Metal 2000," which is also animated and came out in 2000, of course, but I'd go with the first "Heavy Metal" first.
