I am still stunned.  Trying to process it all.
This means American bankruptcy.  A Democratic administration means no entitlement reform, and no entitlement reform means bankruptcy for this country.  We can't sustain this spending.

It's a sad day.

I blame Mitt's late in the campaign hawkishness. I've never heard anyone of any party outside of DC express any interest in getting involved in, say, Syria.

I know that, on many issues, governance wil vary between Democratic and Republican administrations, and I am generally OK with that - it's part of America's political give and take.

But when I see four years of trillion dollar deficits, and projected trillion dollar deficits as far down the road as the eye can see, I see economic extinction looming and a President and Party structure who have no desire and no plan to prevent it.  Only to keep promising more free stuff to more people so they can keep getting elected, and letting my kids and grandkids pay the bill.
