I don't agree with the decision to play the game at all, but the Chiefs want to play and it's their decision to make.

The whole situation sucks and is incredibly sad. :(

I agree, the NFL should be shamed about that decision.

The Chiefs won against Panthers, even after the death of Jovan Belcher

Fantasy playoffs start next week for me and I'm a little worried.

Unless McCoy is cleared to play I have a strong feeling that this will be the 2nd year in a row injuries will rob me of what would otherwise be a championship.

Last year it was AP and Andre Johnson.

Here's my roster:

QB Colin Kaepernick
WR Vincent Jackson
WR Brandon Marshall
RB AP
RB Steven Jackson
TE Tony Gonzalez
RB/WR Lance Moore

bench:

RB LeSean McCoy
QB Philip Rivers
TE Heath Miller
RB Daryl Richardson
WR Nate Washington
QB Alex Smith

K Matt Bryant

D Michael Boley
D Malcolm Jenkins
D Karlos Dansby
D J.J. Watt
D Patrick Willis
DB Ronde Barber
DB Yeremiah Bell

So here's what my match up looks like this week and I'm very concerned.

My projected starters.

WR Brandon Marshall vs Vikings
TE Tony Gonzalez vs Panthers
WR/RB Lance Moore vs Giants

K Matt Bryant vs Panthers

D Michael Boley vs Saints
D Malcolm Jenkins  vs Giants
D Karlos Dansby vs 49ers
D J.J. Watt  vs Patriots
D Patrick Willis vs Dolphins
DB Ronde Barber vs Eagles
DB Yeremiah Bell vs Jaguars

vs

QB Aaron Rodgers vs Lions
RB C.J. Spiller vs Rams
RB Alfred Morris vs Ravens
WR Mike Wallace vs Chargers
WR Julio Jones vs Panthers

That's quite remarkable. I really thought that they would lose by a  lot for obvious reasons.

From Tim McMahon of ESPN's Twitter:

The Cowboys chartered place to the game was prevented from taking off and all the media, guests and other non team personnel ordered off. The plane is still sitting on the runway.

In another possibly related story Joshua Brent an NT for the team was arrested at some point over night for intoxication manslaughter and is in jail in Irving.

The person killed in Joshua Brent's wreck this morning is his teammate from Illinois and a member if the Cowboys practice squad, Jerry Brown Jr.

Current injured Browns line backer put it best on his Twitter as a responce to said incident:

To my NFL brethren: On the back of your NFLPA card is the number 800-203-4731. PLEASE use this when you're impaired & shouldn't drive.

I'm gonna take a stab and say that Arizona is going to lose. End of the fourth, they are trailing 51 points.
yeah no.

Arizona lost to Seattle, 58-0 :buggedout: That is pretty poor, to be nice and all.
yeah no.

Wow.. when Buffalo needs help to make the playoffs and they win, the help doesn't come.  When all the cards fall into place and all the teams that can help them do just that, they can't even take care of business at home.  What a suck-ass team; they need a new coach and QB.
