Mentor motorcycle themed movie

I was probably 10 years old when I saw this scene in a movie, I am 23 years old now and in the scene there was an older guy maybe in his late 20a mentoring a younger guy and they were working on a motorcycle I would say that the movie was made in the 80s maybe early 90s and that's all I have to go off of.

My first guess would be "Beyond the Law" with Charlie Sheen?

Thank you for suggestion but that isn't it. I also remember a old brick building tall industrial type. The mentor character could of been an older brother.
