Hunting Humans

I remember watching this movie in the 80s, but I think it could have been from the late 70s.

People are kidnapped and taken to an island where they are hunted for sport. The scene I remember the most is a guy gets captured by one of the hunters. This hunter has a "pet" which is a large man (I think he had sharp teeth). The hunter was disappointed by the quick capture, so he decides to take off one of the man's toes. He eventually settles on having the "pet" take off the little toe.
