63.  Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.   I played it, Golden Axe and XMEN non-stop at a Pizza Hut near us.  Haven't been in an arcade in ages.  I kind of miss the late '80s.
Ah, the good old days.

RUN COWARD!
RRRRAAAAAHHHHRRR!
BEWARE!  I live.
I hunger!
The second arcade game to genuinely frighten me! (Wizard of Wor being the first)

"O the legend they say, on a Valentine's Day, is a curse that'll live on and on.."

Jack

65)  Moon Patrol.  They used to have one of these in the cafeteria when I was in college.  Actually got pretty good at it lol.

67: CHOPLIFTER

I always played this as a coin-op in college: when I got bored with rescuing those hostages who were screaming HERE PLEASE, I would land and shoot the buggers.  :teddyr:
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

Trevor

68: STAR WARS THE VIDEO GAME

I don't know if that was the correct title but I played it once many years ago. When I ran out of lives, the game ended and I heard Sir Alec Guinness say "Remember...... the force will be with you......always." Wow: major goosebumps.
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

Trevor

69. XAIN'D SLEENA

A world hopping video game where your demise is controlled by something called a DAMAGE GAGE.
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

Trevor

70. ALTERED BEAST

Zombie warrior opens up a huge can of whoop ass on other undeadies. "Welcome to your doom!"
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

Trevor

71: GYRUSS

AKA the game that made Trevor wayyyy dizzy.  :teddyr:

71: GYRUSS

AKA the game that made Trevor wayyyy dizzy.  :teddyr:

When I was 14 or so, I was in an arcade in Boulder Colorado, and there was this gorgeous girl my age just whipping butt on Gyruss.  I was enthralled.

72. VENTURE (1981, Exidy)
Damn hard game where you're a smiley face with a bow and arrow, navigating dungeons, shooting/avoiding monsters and collected treasures.  The enemies try to dodge your arrows, and the hall monsters outside the dungeons can't be killed.
"O the legend they say, on a Valentine's Day, is a curse that'll live on and on.."

Trevor

73: RALLY X

I could never avoid those [expletive deleted] rocks.  :teddyr:
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

Trevor

74: NINJA GAIDEN aka SHADOW WARRIOR

The drug-using ninja and the background advertising something called ICE Y CREAM.   :teddyr:
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

Trevor

75: SHINOBI

That damn Spiderman always seemed to jump right on top of me.  :buggedout:
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.
