New Batman

I LOVE the first two Batman movies but now I think the last two SUCK. I mean the first two are fun movies while the other two are more focusing on action and stupit comedy I mean I and II were more comic book like. I hope V will be comic book like.

Someone once told me that the executives don't understand people wanting movies based on comic books to be serious and that they really believe that people want brightly colored costumes, and goofy villains. I was even told that the producers of the Batman movies even wanted the words "POW!" and "ZONK!" on the screen like the old TV show!

Which Batman movie? The one by Chris Nolan or the one by Darren Afronsky? Either way, I relally like Batman by himself, and if they do, they should ONLY bring in Robin. In the recent comics he has like 6 friends running around with him now (Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, Huntress, Catwoman, and Oracle)

Unfortunately, Christian Bale seems to be in the s**ttiest movies ever (see: American Psycho, Reign Of Fire, Shaft), so his being castedmakes me a little wary.  The Scarecrow is also a *very* lame villian,  and they should choose Killer Croc, Clayface, or bring back an older one (maybe Mr. Freeze done well).

Anyways, IMO Batman Forever truly is the best of the series.

Christian Bale is a mighty fine actor. He was very good in American Psycho. I liked Val Kilmer as Batman myself but I will give Bale a chance.
