speaking of the brady bunch, with the exception of the first episode, do the 'bunch' ever mention the ex's ever again in the series?

i don't think we ever find out what happened to them [with the exception of the movie of course]

Now that I remember, on "Family matters" the youngest son simply disappears from one season to another, never to be seen again.

Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

They did that on Married . . .With Children also.  Brought in a nephew, and dumped him pretty quickly.

Actually, with the Brady Bunch, it is the dog that disappears after he steals Cindy's doll, he is gone for ever. A One episode wonder.

I also believe that the Drew Barrymore film Riding in Cars With Boys, her best friend becomes pregnant, has an awful husband and creates a whole sub plot, and then, BAMF, she is gone forever.

"Sir, if you were my husband, I would poison your drink."

--Lady Astor to Winston Churchill

"Madam, if you were my wife, I would drink it."

The show 7th Heaven had a recurring character name Robbie who just disappears halfway through one season never to be mentioned again.

SPASMS is full of unresolved plots and characters. Peter Fonda sorta disappears for a big chunk of the movie. Peter Fonda is having an affair with Oliver Reed's wife and yet this is never mentioned by the characters when Fonda and Reed should be at each other's throats. At the beginning of the movie, we see a cult that worships snakes which is totally unresolved when the movie ends. In fact, they completely forgot about this plot-line. It's a chaotic and really bad movie.

Just watch "Carnivore" this week.  Completely unresolved.  A group of teenages (32 year olds) are attacked in a run down house/secret government lab.  One is killed.  They flee the house just as the police show up and are never seen again despite that fact we just watched them talk for 40 minutes. The police and gov then  so up and one more person dies.  The end.

Carnivore is a bad movie ( it's a student film I think) but really should be watched.
It is ED Wood like in it's problems.
I think I may have ended up liking it but you can't prove it.
