I need help

Its an 80s vampire movie with a black guys that drives a van with a cross on the bumper. It also has an old man that says cheese lines like " Ah you got me" then he shoots the vampire in the head. It also has a girl thats a virgin that the head vampire needs. I would really appreciate if anyone can help me with this me and my mom have been trying to figure it out
