Hummm...where to begin?
Well, I've read the book, so you can see I'm having a 'Jack Reacher' kinda reaction.

It looks like American 'Godzilla' all over again.

Fast zombies? Why not werewolves, Velocaraptors or just aliens. Not too subtle a story, if it's just fast eating machines that are impervious to bullets.
The idea of shambling meat eaters that were people you know is a more subtle horror then the simple 'shark attack' the movie is predicating itself on.
And I'm not expecting music as effective as the Jaws theme...

Truth is, I'll wait for the dvd. That won't take long.

Reviews aren't too shabby ("Fresh" rating at RT) but I'll wait for the Blu-ray release, which might contain the un-rated (R-Rated) version since it was obviously censored for PG-13.

Would the original ending have worked better? The ending one sees in the film is a reshoot of the original ending.
