Stores have started putting out their Halloween goodies, so seems like as good a time as any to start up with the Halloween themed bad movies topics.  In the tradition of those top 100 lists that we all like to do, who should make the guest list of the Monster Halloween Party to end all other monster Halloween parties (literally, as their likely to hunt down and murder all other parties.)
