Sci-Fi About Bloodsucking Beings

It's probably from the late 1970s or early 1980s and in color.

The only scene I remember involves a woman who is captured by humans and strapped in an upright container. The container is sealed with a cover containing dozens of tiny needles connected to transparent tubes. A close up shot of her nipple reveals that she is naked, and once the needles hit their mark, blood flows from her body through the tubes.

Thanks, but it's not Lifeforce. I'm not sure if it's Thirst because I can't remember any scene in it that contains what I describe.
