Name of softcore movie please

The plot involved the main guy someone unlocked the ability to make girls orgasm using his mind (talking to them is his head)

I can only remember one of the scenes in the movie - the guy was with 2 girls in a sauna. He made one of the girls orgasm by saying in his head that "the pleasure would keep building and, I'm going to count from 10 to 1 and when I reach 1 you will have the best orgasm of your life."

Anyone know the name of the movie?  I can try and explain the scene more if that would help.

Any clue of what period it was made in? Sounds like some 70s sexploitation film that Something Weird Video would pick up on.

Its was made in the 90's early 2000's I think. I'm pretty sure it was on one of the Sky tv channels ( movies for men or men and motors) something along those lines.

I couldn't imagine one of the Sky movie channels showing a softcore movie, though it must have been really late at night. Sounds like an obscure one indeed, this would be hard to search for.
