I cannot remember the name of a childrens film possibly around the 80s I can only remember certain aspects of the movie, a human with a cat face,a girl,a witch,a mirror and an attic can anyone remember this movie it's wrecking my head trying to get the title

OMG!!!!!!!!

I was thinking just today about a movie with an evil queen who aged rapidly and died trying desperately to reach the fruit from her magic tree.  THANK YOU!
