Okay, crazy scenario here.  ...

Imagine all the people that post here decided to get together one night to watch a movie.  ... and you get to pick the movie.  ANY MOVIE you want.

What would you pick for us to watch and why?

Good question.  I think my choice would have to be a blast from the past . . .

THE COWBOY KILLER.

Look up my thread on it sometimes.  One of the greatest "What the heck did I just watch??" movies of all time.
"I shall smite you in the nostrils with a rod of iron, and wax your spleen with Efferdent!!"

JaseSF

Probably Teenagers From Outer Space. That one is so much fun cheesy badness.

Perhaps though it should be more challenging, truly bad movie worthy in a challenging to sit through kind of way since generally only true bad movie fans can do that....

Still Teenagers would likely be my pick.

I'd have to go with the classic Plan 9 From Outer Space. You can't go wrong with an Ed Wood film, especally a film that involves aliens, zombies, and incompetent police detectives.
This is my awesome signature.  Jealous?

Leah

Dead Alive, because how can you top a Kung-fu priest kicking Zombie ass before becoming a zombie?
yeah no.

"Star Crash"

...because this flick was my intro to Italian "B" movies (and exploitation cinema in general) when I was a wee lad...and also because Net searching for info on this flick a few years back is what led me to this forum!!

Also, Caroline Munro. Hot.

Nothing fancy...probably Jaws or Das Boot.
Simply because those are probably my two most favourite movies of all time...and why should I watch anything else than my favourite movie with you guys.

Jack

I'd subject you all to Creatures From The Abyss aka Plankton.

Even though I've never seen it before, I would like to see it with you guys..

Sounds so bad, it would be hilarious!

It's not that bad...your typical Killer Baboon-movie.

Well, methinks this is the fun...

If the theater copies hadn't had such poor soundtrack quality, it might have done well. After all, it was the dialogue that made it work.

South African "classics":  :buggedout: :buggedout:

Laser Mission
Nukie
The Demon

Take your pick from those.

Some good ones already mentioned. I would offer up Santa Claus (1959), because any film with Santa, Merlin, a devil, child slaves, and the orbital Claus space fortress is worth watching.
