When the Air Force discovered the re-entry speed of a book dropped from orbit, they found a cost effective way to bomb enemy nations. They started by dropping 'War and Peace' on Hanoi.
Found out though, why Bradbury titled one of his books 'Farenhite 451.'

NASA's orbiting libraries were ahead of their time since personal space travel hadn't even been invented.
