Horror Movie: Circular Room to Drive People Insane

I can barely remember this but I was trying to find the movie to watch again.

There are two people, and one of them purposefully leaves the other trapped in a small (I think circular) room. I think it might take place in an asylum of some sort. Anyway, when you turn the "room" on, the walls start moving in a way that makes it look as though there is an animation along the walls, or something? I believe the animation is of a man walking or a man on a bike. Or actually I think it's just a man standing in profile and he moves around the room, occasionally hidden by the wall panels.

This ringing a bell for anyone? I've tried googling it a thousand different ways but the words are too common.
