Since Harry Goz died, the prospect of another series of Sealab 2021 has been on hold.
Sooooo....
Who would you recomend Cartoon Network maby hire as the new "Howlin mad murphy"?

I dunno who could do the voice... Maybe George Lowe, who does Space Ghost? I hope they don't cancel the show; "8 Simple Rules..." is one thing, but Sealab is one of the most brilliant shows in years!

Vermin: It happened about a month back, i think. That week, they put it in the written flash cards between segments.
He had a long track record in films and a lot of voice work. He was perfect as Murphy, so how will they adapt? We'll see....

Since Sealab 2021 makes humor out of ignoring common sense, continuity, and good taste - and it's based on an old Hanna-Barbera show (and HB was bad about reusing voices or switching voices for characters) - it seems fitting to perhaps find a new voice for Capt. Murphy.

Besides it's my favorite Sunday Adult Swim show (tied with Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law) and I'd hate to lose it.

Woooo....Harvy Birdman defends Murphy in court for all those explosions at Sealab. Sign me up for that ephisode!

Obviously Freep is not a fan of Sealab.  But we'll find out about that new voice soon enough.  New episode either this or next Sunday.  Soon, at any rate.

And I wouldn't hold my breath for Adult Swim for "Ranma 1/2".

On those black title cards they have between shows and commercial breaks they were asking for suggestions for other odd shows and anime to air since they liked "FLCL" so much. But they added something like, "But not "Ranma 1/2". So don't even ask."

Now, iagree with the Freep about "Aqua Teen". It just annoys me. Shake is the worst character. If they dunp that idiot, i could work. The Dr Weird segments at the beginning just ...well...weird.
I'd like to see "Patlabor". The AV-98 Imgram is cool.
