Apparently this song was a much bigger hit 25 years later for SWING OUT SISTER, and I've heard that and remain indifferent since this recording I've known without knowing it, nearly my whole life.  BARBARA ACKLIN did have a Top 40 hit "Love Makes a Woman"

I usta head bang to this record-yes-RECORD! back inna day! I had a trailer next to a biker bar in Marcellus,Michigan called  Melvilles. I would be jamming on hard core punk and thrash-in the late 80's-and all the bikers would hang out in my yard after closing time-it was cool. This was way out in the boonies-this bar-next to Fish Lake (original name,huh?),and I usta sell acid at the bar.
