Assuming you eat frozen pizza  Do you add extra stuff to your frozen pizza?
Me, I like to add a dusting of garlic salt and onion powder, followed by a layer of any kind of cheese I shred myself (I don't buy shredded cheese as they are usually "waxed") and a few mild/hot pepperoncinis. How about you?

Dennis

I like to add shredded cheese and sliced jalapenos.

Yeah we'll shred up some mozzarella and parmesan and add black olives and mushrooms.  Always have to get the frozen pizza with the crunchy crust - that's a must.

Banana peppers, green olives and extra cheese.

All the time. I usually only buy the plain cheese ones and then throw on whatever - I like buffalo chicken and olives; mushrooms & green pepper (I love green peppers but I hate the chunky way most pizza makers cut them up; my peppers have to be very thinly sliced lol); extra cheese; spinach etc.

We have this popcorn seasonings that I throw on cheese frozen slices.  Stuff like white cheddar, bacon cheddar, etc.  Then I add parm. and garlic, pretty good.

Why not make the whole pizza if you're gonna do all this stuff

Honestly I never ever thought of doing that before.

I'd never go out of my way to do something like that, but if I have stuff left in my fridge I will put it on the pizza.

Extra cheese, extra olives, maybe oregano or parmesan if I have it.

was asking around about this as making a pizza is a normal activity around here. I found out that in Canada cheese and other dairy products are super expensive http://www.vice.com/en_ca/read/blame-canadas-dairy-cartel-for-our-expensive-milk-and-cheese-867

cheese alone is more expensive than like an entire frozen pizza crazy

Yes, cheese and milk are super expensive here. It's rare you find cheese cheaper than $9.99 Canadian in these parts and milk usually runs near $5 Canadian. I'm lactose intolerant so lactose free milk costs me even more than that. The rate of Inflation of grocery prices has gotten crazy the last five years in particular IMO.

Well, I can't speak for everyone, but adding a few ingredients on top of a frozen pizza takes about a minute, whereas making one from scratch takes me about 45 minutes tota plus another fifteen minutes of cleanup (one of the messiest foods).  Also, it's actually cheaper to make a frozen pizza if you're not getting one of the more expensive ones.  The Costco brand frozen pizzas are $3.  Cheese alone in Missouri for an entire pizza is about $2.  Another 30 cents for flour, $1-$2 for toppings, $.50 for sauce, etc.

That said, I do enjoy making pizza from scratch, and still do it (definitely better than frozen if you know what you're doing).  Just not as casually or as often.
