Monsters on Island/Sea - Older than 1984ish

So this movie has some really bad looking monster costumes in it. There were also multiple monsters all about the size of a tall big man. I remember an island and I think a guy gets on a boat and the monsters attack him on the boat. I believe all the monsters were sea-like (fishy) like Creature from Black Lagoon but they really looked horribly cheesy. Very MST3Kesque movie.

No I don't think so after watching some of it on Youtube. That looks too good believe it or not. This was more like early 60's stuff. The fish men looked way worse. Eerily similar though....also I don't remember it being dubbed in English however, I was like 5 years old so who's to say.

Yeah I think this is it. Peter Cushing and Terrance Stamp?!?! This looks awful......ly good. I am thinking this might be worth an episode of our podcast.
