In a recent post from Texas Senator Ted Cruz he described Net Neutrality as "Obamacare for the internet."

Now it's possible he seriously doesn't understand Net Neutrality or he's saying this because ISPs are giving him campaign money but regardless I have this to say...

Ted Cruz, that statement is literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen. This type of failure doesn't come about often. You have said something that is so f**king devoid of facts and so moronic I'm surprised you can brush your teeth in the morning without choking on the f**king brush.

Well, I can't disagree with that, but the scary thing is that he's the junior senator from my home state. He may also be our next president, at least run as president on the Republican ticket, against his most likely Democratic candidate Hilary Clinton. He is a viable candidate to run for president as a Republican, because in the "beauty contests" leading up to the Republican nomination, his appearances and speeches before the Republicans who are most likely to choose the next Republican candidate have gotten more standing ovations and applause then the other possible Republican nominees who have been appearing with him.

From what I've heard he's Canadian, thus ineligible to run.

He was born in Canada to one parent who was a U.S. citizen and another that was an immigrant from Cuba.
That makes him . . . dual citizenship at best.
If he were to win, then no doubt there would be a left wing birther movement spring up overnight!

That being said, although I am a conservative, he is NOT my first choice.
