Taiwan, I believe.  They have very passionate politicians.  It's something that honestly wouldn't bother me - I feel it means the politicians REALLY care about what they're saying.  There's a lot of politicians in the US who I think wouldn't personally lift a finger for anything they say (especially at the national level).  Some places they care so much the debates lead to fights, but no one gets seriously injured.  Which is worse?  Something in the middle is best of course, but I know which I would rather have.
