RIP Glen A Larson

The IMDB is reporting that veteran TV producer, director, writer Glen A Larson has passed away at the age of 77: RIP sir and thank you for the entertainment.

RIP Mr Larson.  I loved so many of the TV shows he was involved with, and they formed the basis of much of my childhood viewing.

I don't know how I missed this news bit till now, but I'm extremely bummed to hear about it...

The original "Battlestar Galactica" blew my mind when I was a kid and is still a sentimental favorite to this day. "Knight Rider" was another childhood fave, and my kids are digging it on Netflix now!!

Thanks for the memories and R.I.P. Mr. Larson.

  R.I.P. Many of his TV Series played a major role in my childhood viewing with family....Six Million Dollar Man, Hardy Boys, BSG, Buck Rogers, Knight Rider, Magnum P.I....but the glowing red eye will live on I'm sure.

Battlestar Galactica - absolutely love the theme music!  Seemed like a Star Wars cash-in in hindsight, but I still loved it.

I am only just realizing how much of my childhood was filled with Glen Larson TV shows.  Just as much as Stephen Cannell.  I even watched some of One West Waikiki and Night Man when they were on TV.
