I would like to see some action movies, so I ask suggestions. Here is my favorites:

- Shoot 'em up
- Crank
- True Lies
- Commando

As you can see I kinda prefer the affectionate parodies of the genre...

No one has said Die Hard yet?  Or what about the three best sequels of all time; Aliens, Rambo 2 and Terminator 2.

Comparing to the number of incredible good suggestions I got for Sci-Fi I can say "pretty much nobody said anything at all"!

Oh, well... thanks rebel_1812 and Ted C

Action movies aren't my favorite genre but I'll second ENTER THE DRAGON. RC is right about 13 ASSASSINS, too.

John Woo's THE KILLER and HARD BOILED are two of the best action movies ever made.

Do you consider RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK an action movie?

I like those Marvel Superhero movies and James Bond movies, if you consider those action.

I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

MACHETE and MACHETE KILLS.

Ecitedly waiting for the conclusion of the trilogy, MACHETE KILLS IN SPACE!

And, my favorite movie of all time, indeed the greatest movie ever made, is an action flick . . .

Thanks for the great suggestions, but does anyone know movies more on the theme of this website? Like "The Killing of Satan" [1983]?

Alex

I've always liked Firewalkers (Chuck Norris & Louis Gosset Jnr channeling Indiana Jones) & Remo: Unarmed & Dangerous.
