One I can agree with: that is not my April O'Neill - this is:

We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

SAVING CHRISTMAS inspired some epic reactions from the Cinema Snob team, I'll give it that.
Through the darkness of future past
The magician longs to see
One chance opts between two worlds
Fire walk with me

So much for storming Rotten Tomatoes...

Just accept it, Kirk. You made a movie that doesn't pop with a lot of people. It happens all of the time.

Isn't Saving Christmas more of a 'yay let's celebrate shallow commercialism' rather than the usual 'hey this Holiday is way too commericialized!' I want to see it but I want to make sure it's long too late for that guy to get money.
Now it's time to sing the nation anthem IN AMERICA!!!

Sort of. The intended message, I think, is "You can find the sacred in anything if you try" which isn't so bad. But as it plays out it's just Kirk berating his brother-in-law for having a "Christmas shouldn't be so commercial" attitude and slapping bizarre and mostly inaccurate symbolism onto everything associated with the holidays. It stoops to levels that would make Tommy Wiseau blush.
