Von Ryan's Express (1965)

Have you read the book on which the film is based? Great book.

Thrift store pickup today for $2.00:

"HIGH OCTANE" - a 2-DVD collection of ten low budget/no budget action flicks, all completely unknown to me. Titles include "Treasure Raiders," "Fast Track," "Hellbinders," and "Recon 2020."

Looks like a bunch of high quality cheez!! I have never heard of any of the movies in this set, and its only Amazon "review" wasn't terribly helpful, because all it sez is "The entire collection was okay."

Really bad, boring and mostly unfunny "comedy", the kind Chevy showed up in a lot.
I bought this for real cheap from a used dvd store because it showed up all the time on cable BITD.
Chevy is an air traffic controller with a problematic love life, who gets telekinetic powers after radioactive waste spills onto his car (huh?), and uses them to exact revenge on would-be suitors trying to pick up his ex-girlfriend and win her back.  At least Dabney is always reliable as a smarmy scuzzbag, and it's worth noting that Chevy was almost accidentally electrocuted in an early scene where he dreams he's an airplane.
