Extremely Graphic Kids Book From 1975 Tells The Story Of How A Baby Is Made

I just learned of the existence of a graphic book explaining how babies come about.  Here's the link (caution: NSFW) to the article complete with pictures.

Wow. If my parents had shown me this book as a child, I think I would have been traumatized. I mean, I'm still a little rattled after reading through it and I'm in my 30s. And yes, you can actually buy this book online (but it'll cost ya). Don't let the cover fool you; it gets pretty graphic -- quickly.

And yeah, it's for sale on Amazon.  And yeah, it'll cost ya to acquire one of these books.

The jazz hands by the baby as it's crowning is a class move by the illustrator.

man they did a book like this, the 70's did do a lot of out of this weird stuff. i never thought anyone went this far. i don't think i ever even heard of this book or anyone telling their kids how it actually works as far as i know anyways.

The scene with the doctor second appearance: Is he holding a hammer? Jeez, hasn't the lady been hammered enough by some other guy?

Seems fairly fair to me... I found much more shocking most of the conservapedia page.

At least the book, while graphic and explicit is about a natural activity shown mixed with love and happiness, not utter bulls**t shown with arrogance.
