She came in and fussed at me a bit over how the story ended for certain characters - then she hugged my neck and said:
"You wrote a GREAT book, Dad!"

I watched "An Idiot Abroad" on travel channel last night it was pretty funny. Ricky Gervais and another guy send this friend of theirs with no appreciation for anything to India for 2 weeks. all he does is complain about how dirty everything is, how different it is from what its used to, and just has a bad time even though he's seeing all this exotic amazing stuff.

I have a friend who met Karl Pilkington on a long train journey. Apparently he is exactly the way he appears to be in the show.

Growing up a tennis player who admired Martina Navratilova's on-court artistry, it pains me to say this, but I think Serena Williams may now have be called the greatest female tennis player of all time. I was awed today.

I was watching The Shoes of the Fisherman, which I had not seen in a while, and couldn't help but think how quasi-prophetic parts of that film were.

I am starting to feel bad for the 98 version of Godzilla.  I just got back from G-Fest a few hours ago.  People are STILL making new fan art, movies, stories etc just to show  Zilla getting beaten-up, tortured and killed.  I didn't like the movie when it came out either (its still not great) but now I just want to say "Enough already".

I wonder if the reason why David A. Prior unfriended and banned me is because I'm not a Republican, don't have Fox News in my likes and never joined his Obama bashing on Facebook?
I only ever liked when he had Deadly Prey news. I don't care about his political views, I only care about his cheesy movies
