As soon as you finish compiling it and decimating every last forest and grove and city park on the planet to obtain the paper required to make copies, you mean.  And I don't think even the IMDB is going to have every last one.  They're handy, but some of their information is...um...lacking, shall we say.

such a list would be near to impossible considering there are a vast amount of films from the early part of the century that the film has decayed to where no copies of it exist - they say so many films from this era were lost due to bad film that even the AFI and other organizations may not be able to document they existed

Lacking is putting it kindly.  But it is a very good place to start.
