Dean Jones: Actor Known for Roles in Several Disney Films Dies at 84 From Parkinson's Disease

Jones died Tuesday of complications from the disease. Jones starred in "The Love Bug," "The Shaggy D.A." "That Darn Cat!"  "Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo" and "Beethoven," during a 53-year career. Jones also had roles in five Broadway shows and appeared in numerous television series and specials. He appeared in 46 films over the course of his career.

I grew up watching him in Disney movies and one of them Blackbeards Ghost is a Halloween viewing tradition in my family.
