Tomorrow I am going on a road trip to stay in the country for a few days.  After just watching Cabin Fever, TCM [new one] and Wrong Turn, I have concluded that this will probably be my last post as all sorts of evil await me.

What scares me the most is the fact that my odds of being the first to die is 50/50 as only two people are going on this trip.  That means sligthly less body count, but more chance for screaming terror.  If I do survive, I fear that I will be subject to an endless string of coincidences and scary happenings that occur annually until I do die, so I'm a goner either way.

So whether it be crazy bogan hill-billies or some sort of flesh eating virus, Zombies [or Zombi !! ]  I would like to use my last hours of civilisation to tell people what an honour it has been to post amongst you.

It may be too late for me, but for those of you planning a trip, please make sure you take all the precautions in order to avoid this potentially life sapping situation.
Anyone have any survival suggestions for any prospective road trippers?
A survival pack perhaps?  I would suggest that a chainsaw be one important item on the list.

I bid you all farewell.

Don't pray for me, I'm already dead...

Brother Ragnarok

Good luck on your trip, Dean.  My cohorts and I have put our lives in danger the last two years with our B-Fest trips, just stopping at any ol' random thing that looks interesting on the way.  We'll be doing it again this year, and if we end up in some backwoods smokehouse of carnal horrors and see your skin hanging on the wall, and we manage to escape, we'll pass your story on to the world.  Maybe we'll even get Jessica Biels to play you.

While on a journey, Chuang Tzu found an old skull, dry and parched.
With sorrow, he questioned and lamented the end of all things.
When he finished speaking, he dragged the skull over and, using it for a pillow, lay down to sleep.
In the night, the skull came to his dreams and said, 'You are a fool to rejoice in the entanglements of life.'
Chuang Tzu couldn`t believe this and asked, 'If I could return you to your life, you would want that, wouldn`t you?'
Stunned by Chuang Tzu`s foolishness, the skull replied, 'How do you know that it is bad to be dead?'
