*Sigh*: I'm a good customer and now have to put up with this:

We have found traces of a live animal as well as an unbearable stink in the motor vehicle upon return. It was impossible to send the vehicle out in that manner to the next client - the vehicle required a thorough wash and had to then stand for three days to air out the smell. Kindly note that the vehicle rented should never have been used for any agricultural purposes.

The car I rented on my trip back at the end of July / early August started losing air in a tire, so I was stuck in Billings waiting for them to get me another vehicle to finish my trip with.  Wasn't too happy with the company.  It really put a kink in my vacation.

Actually, that quote comes from the consumer site www.hellopeter.com where some poor guy was complaining about being overcharged for his car rental.
