     KONG ISLAND (1968)

BRIDE OF THE GORILLA stars Raymond Burr as the foreman of a tobacco plantation in Borneo, with designs on (a) the plantation, and (b) the plantation owner's hot blonde trophy wife. He kills the old guy using a venomous snake. However, he incurs the wrath of an old native witch-woman, because, (a) she's loyal to the plantation owner, and (b), Burr has kicked her hot native niece to the curb in favor of  Peroxide Barbie. To avenge these slights, the witch slips a wee sumthin'-sumthin' in Burr's drink, causing him to periodically turn into a yutz in a moth-eaten gorilla suit.

Also giving a standout performance is Lon Chaney Jr. as a native (!) police chief.

KONG ISLAND has a bunch of no-name Italians running around in the story of a mad doctor who has figured out a way to transistorize gorillas, so he can TAKE OVER THE WORLLLLLLLD!

There's also a hot jungle girl known as "The Sacred Monkey", for  some reason.
If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

The choice is simple; refuse to create, and refuse to grow, or build, with care and love.
