I know it is a fundamental internet 'no-no' but such comments always get me wondering just 'who' is behind which screen names, since there seem to be people who pop up regularly all over and you guys do get to know each other.

Cool! I think that's our own JaseSF who gets mentioned there? I certainly remember Gerry, though he hasn't been around in a while. I wonder what Zack's forum name was?

I was never on SciFilm.org, I know a bunch of what I think of as this site's "seed" members originated there, though, and moved here when their forums shut down.

Zack links to my site, too. I noticed it a while ago, before this article. I need to add him to my blogroll. This community is not really that big.

I may be a lot of things-I am a good archivist. My Tumblr s**t-I been doing for 8 years-under differnt titles-cuz I got hacked twice.

Andrew's last review I can find is from 2013---that's years ago.

He does say the forums are still active.

Damn, this kind of thing makes me wish I had the time and patience to write this sort of stuff. But my bad movie interests never really got me anywhere really, so I wouldn't see the point.

Yes that is me who gets mentioned there. I still have a lot of those old TV Files and other postings from that site. Maybe someday I will start a blog and start putting up more TV Files, the old ones, and the like...

It's weird sometimes when I see my old comments sometimes show up in online reviews I come across on occasion online. At least they usually credit me...

Zack posted as Bonehead XL...miss some folk from over there I completely lost touch with such as IronWolfe, Greg K., Andrew Kidd, Chadzilla among others. Shout out to Jeff T., Brent G., Bobby-G, Uncle Bela, Mister Lobo, Steve Joyce, Rich Wannen, Mindflash, da prof, Victoria Silverwolf, marthahunter, clore, telegonus, Classic Camp, and of course Dr. Mality, Dave Sindelar, and Gerry himself.

Menard, Andrew, boyscoutkevin, Chadzilla, evilskippy, trek geezer posted over there and here. AHD was a regular on Scifilm too.

I don't know who Uncle Bela is-but I found myself being quoted-and folks speculating if me and Uncle Bela were the same person. Nope. My Tumblr blog is doing top business-I have over 8,500 followers.

I used to read SciFilm, Stomp Tokyo, Jabootu, Trust me I'm a Scientist (lady named Liz from Australia) and um, crap, that guy Nate's site what had the Hieratic Head of Ezra pound. Nice guy (Nate, not the head) he used to be an adjunct member here.

But this is the only one I joined.
