Actor Robert Vaughn, best known as the secret agent Napoleon Solo in The Man from UNCLE, has died aged 83.
Vaughn was also famous for his role as Lee in the Magnificent Seven, and television roles in Hustle and Coronation Street.

Hard to forget
C.H.U.D II (1989)
Battle Beyond the Stars (1980)
Demon Seed (1977) - the voice of Proteus (uncredited)
Bullitt (1968)

I always enjoyed a movie just a bit more when he came on screen.

Still see him every now & then plugging some law firm...
Hope he was getting some adequate royalties.

RIP Robert Vaughn :(

He was so good in so much stuff. One of my favourites personally is Battle Beyond the Stars. Obviously "The Man From UNCLE"...was kind of sad in recent years just seeing him in commercials but still - a huge body of work out there.
