when I was a youngster I really liked tuna fish sandwiches for some reason......these days I only have them as part of a healthy monster lunch when I have to work nights to hold me over until I get home

anyone else have things they only consume of their nutritional content
Kubrick, Nolan, Tarantino, Wan, Iñárritu, Scorsese, Chaplin, Abrams, Wes Anderson, Gilliam, Kurosawa, Villeneuve - the elite

Allhallowsday

Everyday for breakfast I eat instant plain oatmeal, add raisins and cinnamon - no sugar no fat.  Instant oatmeal is not as good as oatmeal proper but I don't like oatmeal.  I don't like raisins much either.  But these two add good fiber and carbs to my diet, keep everything moving along like clockwork, plus the cinnamon is good for your blood.  I'd much rather have bacon egg and cheese on a white flour roll.  Now, that is a treat I rarely allow myself.
If you want to view paradise . . . simply look around and view it!

Plain celery

Stewed or raw?

Celery raw?
Develops the jaw.
Celery stewed?
Is more quietly chewed.
