I've seen a lot of bad action and war movies, but this takes the cake.
It's from the 1976 Hong Kong film Seven Man Armyhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/7_Man_Army

Check out this fine acting.

Thoughts?

It's a typical 70's chop-socky film ,with a WW 2 setting...which doesn't really work,mainly because movies like 5 SHOALIN MASTERS (1974) are fantasies. It looks fun,though!
Side note-the director,Chang Che,made over 50 kung fu movies-including the infamous LEGEND OF THE SEVEN GOLDEN VAMPIRES (1974)-which was the nail in Hammer's coffin.

Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)
Interviewer-"Does Dracula ever end for you?
Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."

At last, someone agrees with me on that film: wonderful source material but a terrible film. Much like this one: a great book but a horrible film:

We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.

I forgot about this one:

Based on the brilliant - and funny - World War 2 true adventure novel Boarding Party by James Leasor, this was a film with a great cast but a terrible result.

One of the funniest things in the book happens when Indian washermen sing a song in time with them beating sodden laundry on rocks: "Black man, good man, White man b*****d".  :bouncegiggle:
We shall meet in the place where there is no darkness.
