Andrew

Hello folks.  I am not dead or deployed, believe it or not.  Toys for Tots is over and a small horde of family things have happened (2 births, a new niece and nephew, and 2 grandparents passing on).  I am working on answering all this email and going to plan on actually updating this coming weekend.  Looking forward to catching up and talking movies.  One of the other Marines lent me a subbed version of "Shaolin Soccer" - hope that I can sit down with that sometime this week.  It and the double feature "Waxwork" DVD are calling my name.

No longer going to California the last week of this month, but I am no scheduled to be in Korea from early in March to early in April.

Oh, and Jenna is trying to make words.  She does a fair job of saying "Alligator,"  (as baby-speak goes) probably because I use Gwangi (her stuffed alligator) to attack her at times and yell, "Alligator!" over and over as he eats her foot or other such appendage.  I'm so proud.

If you have to go to Korea, going for just a month is the way to do it.

The stuffed alligator's name is "Gwangi" - I love it!

Ash

So does that mean you'll be going to B-Fest?

Chopper

Your kid sounds really cute. Glad to hear from you again. Oh boy Korea...

Now it's time to sing the nation anthem IN AMERICA!!!

All sounds cool (better Korea for a month or two than Iraq for a year)  Dangling an alligator in front of a kid is better than dangling a kid in front of an alligator.  And gosh, there are so many alligator movies.  "The Alligator People" looks promising:

And I had nothing to do with any car going into any pool.  Not that there is or was one.  I'm just saying.

Flangepart

Uh...you diden't find any containers marked "Human remains" in the freezer, right?
Um...never mind....
How is it hanging! Bout time you let us know wa hoppin!
Korea? Oh, you have GOT to go Yongarry on us. DVDs and monster figures...for the kid...yeah, thats why you bought 'em!
And one word....Kimshee...it leaves vapor trails!....trust me on this.
Rock on, Dude.

"Aggressivlly eccentric, and proud of it!"
