LilCerberus, I think, though I could be wrong, that the date reference is to the marijuana culture use of "420".

Screw 420. Just legalize and tax the snot out of the stuff while preventing the tobacco companies from adding anything to the original substance.
I feel more like I do now than I did a while ago.
